Audience is aware that Sonkashi has agreed to undergo the treatment required for her to conceive a baby.  Currently, Dev and Sonakshi are honeymooning in Shilma. However, Ishwari (Supriya Pilgaonkar) is still bothering them.

In the coming episode, Sonakshi will get angry and would blast out at Dev. She will explain him that she feels helpless and heartbroken when people taunt her that she can’t conceive. It will be an emotional outburst.
