Biswarup Bandyopadhyay, who earlier acted in the Bengali drama Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, is currently wooing the audience by his performance in E Amar Gurudakshina. The actor loves travelling and has made many solo trips.

Why do you travel?
Life is incomplete/ meaningless without travelling. I am a travel addict.
Your dream destination?
Gomukh-Tapovan-Vasuki-Taal (will visit next year in June) and Scandinavian countries including Norway, Iceland, Greenland (saving money for the trip).
Best vacation till date?
A solo trip to Pachmarhi during a full moon night. There are many more though!
Hills, beaches or monuments?
Hills and beaches.
Road, air or train?
Road.
3 things must in your travel kit?
Toothbrush, medicine, and camera.
Ever travelled alone or wish to?
Yep…I have made many solo trips. It is fine if I get a company otherwise, I travel by myself.
Best season to travel?
I believe every season is the best season provided you get holidays.
Your travel buddy?
It can be anybody. However, I prefer to travel with like-minded people.
Never again destination?
I cannot recall any such place at the moment.
Which celeb you want to travel with?
Deepika Padukone. We will go camping amidst the snow capped mountains, our youth will keep us warm.
