MUMBAI: Bodhi Tree Entertainment is coming up with another web-series on OTT platform Viu India. The upcoming digital original is a thriller and stars veteran actors Supriya and Sachil Pilgaonkar’s daughter, Shriya Pilgaonkar as the protagonist.
A reliable source gave us an exclusive update regarding the project. Popular reality star Rannvijay Singha’s brother, Harman Singha has bagged the digital series. The hot hunk has been a regular on the digital arena. He has been a part of many online shows like A.I.SHA My Virtual Girlfriend and so on. Interestingly, Singha doesn’t limit himself with just acting. The good looking champ is also a film-maker and writer.
Joining the cast will be Indian actress Teena Singh. The actress plays a pivotal role in the thriller. The beautiful lady came into prominence when she was signed as the face for a coffee brand. Soon she featured in big films like Fitoor and Akira. Singh won’t be a fresh face for digital addicts. Her CV comprises of many shows like Tere Liye Bro and so on. And it seems her kitty is just filled.
The untitled venture will soon go on floors.
Not much is known about their respective characters, however both have prominent parts.
When we contacted Teena, she confirmed the news and said, “It’s an important role but I can’t divulge much information.” On the other hand we couldn’t get in touch with Harman as his number was switched off.
Interestingly, this will be Bodhi Tree’s second collaboration with Viu India. Recently, TellyChakkar reported about their musical show starring Vivek Mushran, Paresh Pahuja, Sahil Anand and such more.
