Bryan Cranston doesn't want to move on from 'Breaking Bad'

Actor Bryan Cranston, who played anti-hero Walter White in Breaking Bad, says he doesn't want to move on from the character or the show.

It has been ten years since Breaking Bad appeared on TV. Entertainment Weekly brought together Cranston, Aaron Paul, Bob Odenkirk and Anna Gunn for a special reunion edition, reports dailymail.co.uk.

"You can't just move on. Something that was so indelible and meaningful in your life and you can't, and I don't want to," Cranston said.

"I want to hold on to those good memories of that gathering, both then and during our seven years together. So, it's a bit melancholy, actually. Bittersweet," he added.

Paul, who played his partner Jesse Pinkman, said, "I love these people. I feel blessed to have shared this incredible experience that is Breaking Badwith each and every one of these people.

"I remember when we were shooting the first season, Dean (Norris) and I were talking, he goes, 'You know, in ten years, we're going to look back and say, ‘Goddammit! I used to be a part of Breaking Bad.

"And now it's crazy that 10 years has (have) passed, and I am still constantly thinking that. It's like, wow, how lucky we all are."

Following the story of Walter White, a terminally ill chemistry teacher turned meth producer, it became one of the most critically-acclaimed TV shows of all time, reaping 58 Emmy nominations and 16 wins.

Breaking Bad ran for five seasons on from January 2008 to September 2013. Indian channel AXN is also running the show form season one as part of 10 year celebration.

Stan Lee's former business manager pleads not guilty

Marvel Comics icon Stan Lees former business manager has pleaded not guilty to charges that he filed a false police report amid claims of elder abuse.

According to the Los Angeles City Attorney's office, the former business manager on Monday pleaded not guilty to the charges, reportshollywoodreporter.com.

Keya Morgan pleaded not guilty on two counts of filing a false report of an emergency and two counts of filing a false report of a crime, along with a probation violation, according to authorities.

All charges are misdemeanours. The case is set for a pretrial hearing on 26 July.

As per a transcript of the call on 30 May cited by the New York Daily News, Morgan claimed "three strangers" broke into Lee's house, locked out his security and possibly were "harming" Lee.

The strangers were in fact two Los Angeles police officers and a social worker performing a welfare check. Morgan allegedly tried to disrupt the meeting with the call.

In mid-June, Morgan said via Twitter that his legal trouble and reports of elder abuse against Lee were "fake news".

He tweeted, "For over 10 years I have shown nothing but love, respect and kindness to Stan Lee, his wife, a fact he has repeated countless time. I have never ever abused my dear friend. Everything you read in the #FakeNews is pure malicious lies and I will 100 per cent prove it. The truth will come out."

Meghan Markle's royal wardrobe costs $1mn

Dressing royal doesn’t happen on discount. That’s what one can say about Meghan Markle's royal wardrobe, which is estimated to be worth $1 million.

Since her engagement to Prince Harry last November, Markle has stepped out in approximately $1 million worth of clothing and accessories,reportspagesix.com.

Right from her wedding outfit to her custom Givenchy ceremony gown, Markle seems to put her best foot forward when it comes to being royal ready.

Markle, 36, wore her custom Givenchy ceremony gown by Clare Waight Keller clocking in at over $440,000 and her Stella McCartney reception look worth more than $157,000. She wore the printed Oscar de la Renta dress to Prince Harry's cousin's wedding retails for almost $6,000.

She wore a $643 sheer-paneled Goat dress to Prince Charles' garden party.

According to Katie Nicholl, royal expert, it is Prince Charles who has been picking up the tab for her "working royal wardrobe" post-nuptials.

"Look at the publicity she has brought in run up to the wedding. I would argue that's worth every penny," Nicholl told Entertainment Tonight.

Markle may recycle some of those royal looks in the months to come, in Kate Middleton-style.

"When you are buying that sort of couture with those sorts of price tags it would be criminal not to re-wear them," Nicholl said.

Josh Brolin first thought 'Sicario' sequel was a mistake

Actor Josh Brolin says it was an uncomfortable experience to enter the Sicario universe again for the sequel Sicario - A Day of the Soldado.

The new film also stars Bencio Del Toro, Catherine Keener, Jeffrey Donovan and Isabela Moner. Helmed by Italian filmmaker Stefano Sollima, the crime-thriller follows the escalating drug war on the US-Mexico border.

After discovering that drug cartels are smuggling terrorists across the US border, the CIA sends Matt Graver (Brolin) and former undercover operative Alejandro (Del Toro) to eliminate the problem.

"They are not similar, they are different! It is hard almost similar to doing a play on stage and leaving it to years and somebody just says why don't we do that again, it worked so well! Why don't we revive it! But then suddenly there's different dialogue, sort of a different story," Brolin said in a statement to IANS.

"So, I think we were both nervous about doing this especially since Denis (Villenueve) wasn't doing the film as he had something else to do and wasn't much interested in doing it. So we met with Stefano (Sollima) and Dariusz Wolski who I have mass of the man of respect for.

"But just stepping back, it was a bit uncomfortable in the beginning. In the beginning I felt that may be we made a mistake, may be this is not something we should have done and I didn't quite get it. But then you realise, there is always nerves in the beginning and once you kind of get your stride in couple of weeks goes by you are like oh! I think I do remember this."

The film is being brought to India by PVR Pictures, and will release on 6 July.

Roseanne Barr considers TV return

Actress-comedian Roseanne Barr, whose show Roseanne was taken off air over a controversy, might be heading back to the small screen sooner than expected.

During an appearance on Rabbi Shmuley Boteach's podcast, Barr hinted at a possibility of returning to television, reports variety.com.

"Inside every bad thing is a good thing waiting to happen, and I feel very excited because I've already been offered so many things. I almost already accepted one really good offer to go back on TV, and I might do it," Barr said, and added: "But we'll see."

ABC pulled the plug on Roseanne in May after Barr posted a series of racist tweets, including one that likened former President Barack Obama's adviser Valerie Jarrett to an ape.

Barr had deleted the tweet and apologised.

Following the cancellation of Roseanne, the network gave a series order to "The Conners," a spinoff starring original cast members John Goodman, Laurie Metcalf, Sara Gilbert, Lecy Goranson and Michael Fishman.

Barr, who played the matriarch on the recently revived sitcom, will not have any involvement in the new show.

Jodie Foster found 'Hotel Artemis' herself

Actress Jodie Foster discovered Hotel Artemis on her own, says director Drew Pearce.

"The casting of Jodie Foster was incredible, as she actually discovered the script on her own and reached out to us about the role," Pearce said in a statement to IANS.

"Don't ask me how she got it -- officially it hadn't even left the office. Which is very in-keeping with the Artemis, to be fair," he added.

Hotel Artemis marks Foster's first acting project since 2013's Elysium.

Pearce's action thriller features Foster as a nurse who runs a secret, members-only emergency room for criminals in a near-future Los Angeles torn by riots.

Pearce, whose writing credits include Iron Man 3 and Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation, directed from his own script in his feature debut.

The film is being brought to the country by MVP Entertainment. It will release on 6 July.

Duhamel spotted undressing in Gonzalez's video

Baby Driver star Eiza Gonzalez ended up accidentally showing her actor beau Josh Duhamel getting undressed in a now-deleted Instagram video.

The actress, 28, posted a body-positive Instagram post on Monday showing off her toned figure in a gray-blue bikini while on vacation in Mexico with the Transformers actor, 45.

"Feel comfortable in your own skin. No one can take that away from you," she wrote in the caption of the short video.

But in the video, which she deleted later, as Gonzalez showed off her body in the mirror by moving the camera around to highlight her physique, she showed off more than just her body.

In a far corner of the reflection, a man who appeared to be Duhamel, could be seen briefly, reports people.com.

The man then pulled down his pants and struggled briefly to get them off one of his legs. Hopping out of his pants, he turned towards the camera and it did not seem like he had underwear on. A decorative pot saved him from revealing more than he already had.

As fans started to take notice, Gonzalez deleted the video and re-posted a cropped version.
