Have learned to live one day at a time: Shweta Rohira
Shweta Rohira

Shweta Rohira is perhaps referred to as Salman Khan’s rakhi sister and Pulkit Samrat’s ex-wife more often than not. But there is much more to the lady than the people she is associated with. From painting canvasses to starring in a play, the actor–writer–painter has shown her strongest side post her separation. She has also gotten into shape and is busy making her way into acting. She made her theatre debut with the play That's My Girl.

In a candid chat with TellyChakkar, Shweta shares her biggest fears, what she does to unwind, and what she would like to change in herself.

A precious childhood trait you still possess?

The trait I think I have since childhood is to smile at life, which I picked from my mother. I continue following it even today.

What is your biggest fear and how do you face it?

My biggest fear is that I compete with myself only. However, with yoga and meditation, I try to release this tension.

A skill that others don’t know you possess?

I love to have a very transparent life. I am an open book, and if I know something, then everyone knows.

What can one find on your playlist?

The Gayatri Mantra and 90s’ Bollywood songs

What is your go-to activity to relax?

Yoga and being with my family

What is the greatest lesson that you have learned from life?

To live ONE Day at a TIME

A social cause that you are passionate about?

I love to take care of the caretaker. I also like working for senior citizens.

One thing you would like to change about yourself?

Hmmm, nothing, but I am sure that if you ask this question to my mom, she will have a long list!

Most recent show that you watched on TV?

The last show I watched was Karmaphal Daata Shani, and I really enjoyed watching it.

Where else would you like to live if you had a choice?

Nowhere, I love my Bombay!
