According to the New York Times, West will first meet with Kushner and then have lunch with the President.
West is meeting with Kushner and Trump to discuss similar issues, as Kushner has been tasked with overseeing criminal justice reform for the White House.
The meeting will not be West's first with the President, as the two came face-to-face in a much-publicized meeting in Trump Tower in 2016 during the presidential transition.
Earlier, the "Lift Yourself" hitmaker has come under fire over the past two years for his pro-Trump stances.
West's meeting follows that of his wife Kim Kardashian West in May. It resulted in the release of 63-year-old Alice Marie Johnson, who was sentenced to life in prison in 1996 for a first-time non-violent drug offense, as per media reports.

Taylor Swift's political colour irks Trump
US President Donald Trump has told reporters that he likes Taylor Swift’s music "about 25 per cent less now" that she endorsed a Democrat in a Senate race in Tennessee.
Swift on Sunday showed her political stripes in a post on Instagram in which she said she would be voting for Phil Bredesen for Senate, reports variety.com.
She wrote of the hotly contested Senate race that "as much as I have in the past and would like to continue voting for women in office, I cannot support Marsha Blackburn. Her voting record in Congress appalls and terrifies me." Blackburn is Bredesen's Republican opponent.
"I'm sure Taylor Swift doesn't know anything about her," Trump said on Monday. "Let's say that I like Taylor's music about 25 per cent less now."
Swift wrote that Blackburn "voted against equal pay for women. She voted against the Reauthorisation of the Violence Against Women Act, which attempts to protect women from domestic violence, stalking, and date rape.
"She believes businesses have a right to refuse service to gay couples. She also believes they should not have the right to marry. These are not MY Tennessee values."
The National Republican Senate Committee issued a press release dismissing Swift's endorsement. "If you haven't heard, multimillionaire pop star Taylor Swift came down from her ivory tower to tell hardworking Tennesseans to vote for Phil Bredesen," the committee said.
Bredesen's campaign sent out a series of tweets on the endorsement.
".@VoteMarsha, look what you made her do. @taylorswift13 doesn't like your little games and she wants Tennesseans to know that you've been in the swamp long enough. It's time for some fresh air up in Washington," they tweeted.
Gary Barlow opens up on weight loss battle
Singer Gary Barlow has revealed he did not leave his house for about six months after his weight rose to 109 kg.
During his appearance on the Lorraine TV show, Barlow said he "was trying to kill off the popstar" in him amidst his weight issues and rivalry with former bandmate Robbie Williams, reports suggest so.
He said, "Nine years (I stopped singing). Just turned my back on it. I was trying to kill off the popstar, that's what I was doing.
"I was eating away what a popstar looked like. I was just killing him off. Stopped dying the hair, stopped buying nice clothes, just wanted to look the opposite, physically and mentally."
Years later, the "Back for good" hitmaker managed to shed the weight, after meeting diet gurus Melissa and Jasmine Hemsley.
"It was the day when I just went, 'No, I'm not having this anymore, I'm going to change. I want to change and I'm determined that this is not who I've become.'
"It only took a few years to get that low, but it took me years to get back to who I wanted to be. 10 years probably," he added.
Absolutely awesome: Stephen Amell on Batwoman joining Arrowverse
Actor Stephen Amell, who stars as Oliver Queen in the superhero vigilante show Arrow, says it's "absolutely awesome" to have the iconic character Batwoman in the Arrowverse.
The crossover between the Arrowverse and Batwoman was announced earlier this year. How long has the crossover been in the works?
"They told me about it two days before the upfronts (event), but it was very exciting. To be honest, I was very thankful that they had me back for the upfronts. They don't always bring back shows that are running because they often want to talk about their new shows.
"To be there and to make that announcement was really, really cool. I think it showed a lot of faith in me and I appreciate it," Amell said in a statement to a leading publication.
How does it feel to have Batwoman join the Arrowverse?
"It's absolutely awesome. I don't think this character has ever been done in a live-action project, right? That's fantastic. I hope it's great. I'm really glad that they're doing a show with the character. I hope it works out.
"David Rappaport nailed the casting with Grant (Gustin in 'The Flash') and Melissa (Benoist in 'Supergirl'). Me? Maybe! But I'm sure he has nailed the casting with Batwoman, too. It's going to be fantastic."
When Oliver finally gets out of prison, what are his thoughts on him meeting Batwoman?
"Wait… Oliver is getting out of prison?"
Maybe.
"I don't know anything about that. Hopefully, he'll be out of prison to interact with Batwoman. That's a spoiler, right? Well, I'm very excited. I'm also very excited that they are considering doing a series with the character. I think that's amazing," he said.
"Oliver's interaction with Batwoman in the crossover is not the interaction that I'm most interested in. Then again, he has to get out of prison first."
Arrow is aired on Colors Infinity in India.
