Having done shows like Udaan and Ye Hai Mohabbatein, Abhilash Chaudhary got a break in films with Paltan. He also shared the screen with Salman Khan in Tubelight. In addition, while he was shooting as Surya Dev in &TV’s Paramavtar Shree Krishna, he bagged a role in The Zoya Factor, a film that will feature the stunning Sonam Kapoor and Dulquer Salmaan.

Abhilash plays the main cricketer in the film, which revolves around the sport.

Talking about his role and the way his career is shaping up, Abhilash said, ‘I wanted to work with Sonam from the time I saw her in Saawariya. It is like a dream come true, since I was a student then. I never thought this would happen. Dulquer is also very humble as a person. My character in the film is a positive one. This role is like a breath of fresh air, as I have played characters in two army-based concepts as far as films are considered.’

Not only is Abhilash very active on television and in films but also on the digital front. He shot with Mallika Sherawat for The Story on Zee 5.

He said, ‘I am really happy to be getting work from all the three mediums. I would never leave a particular medium and focus on one only, as I do not see any medium as small or big. I am a creative person and want to only grow and explore my craft.’
