MUMBAI: Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh got married yesterday according to Sindhi traditions. After their Anand Karaj ceremony, the couple shared their wedding photos on social media. The couples tied the knot in two separate wedding ceremonies on November 14th and November 15th.
The couple's photos from their wedding ceremony are all about love and bliss. The couple looks beautiful together in Sabyasachi outfits. They got married at Villa Del Balbianello at Lake Como in Italy.
After they shared two photos, their teams also reposted the photos and congratulated the couple. Ranveer Singh’s stylist Nitasha Gaurav shared their photos and captioned it saying ‘Presenting the newly minted Mrs and Mr Ranveer Singh Bhavnani’.
She also shared an anecdote on Instagram: ‘In words of Mr Bhavnani Sr today, yeh deewani toh Bhavnani ho gayi’. Ranveer's father Jagjit Singh Bhavnani welcomed his daughter-in-law Deepika by saying, ‘Yeh Deewani toh Bhavnani ho gayi’. Deepika's cousin also shared a post to welcome Ranveer Singh into the family yesterday.
She also shared that according to the weather forecast, it was supposed to rain yesterday. However, the sky cleared up for the couple's wedding. The duo will return to India as a married couple on November 18, 2018, and host two receptions, one each in Bangalore and Mumbai, for the families and industry friends.
