Actress Shraddha Arya has been on the block for a long time now. Currently, she is a part of the Zee TV rating topper, Kundali Bhagya, where she plays the protagonist, Preeta. Shraddha was a pivotal part of the film Paatshala, and made her Hindi film debut with Ram Gopal Varma's Nishabd. Mohit Raina gets hospitalized while shooting in Lucknow
The handsome actor Mohit Raina, who rose to fame overnight with Life OK's mythological drama Devon Ke Dev... Mahadev, is currently in Lucknow for the shoot of a project for over a month now. He got injured while shooting an action sequence in Malihabad and ended up being hospitalized. Mohit said to a leading publication that while shooting for an action scene he injured his left eye and had to be hospitalised for a day. Further sharing about his condition, Mohit said that he has got stitches above his left eye and was saved by a few inches.
Shweta Basu Prasad to get married on this date
Shweta Basu Prasad and Rohit Mittal, who are dating each other since the last four years, will exchange nuptial vows on 13th December in Pune. Confirming about her wedding to a leading daily, Shweta revealed that the much-in-love couple will be getting married following both Marwadi and Bengali traditions. After wedding, Rohit and Shweta will host a reception in Mumbai.

Arun Kushwah roped in for Netflix film Chopsticks
Netflix recently announced the big news of coming up with as many as nine new Indian Orignial Films. This announcement was made in an event in Singapore. According to media reports, writer, director and dance choreographer Arun Kushwah will be part of the cast ofChopsticks. Arun, popularly known as Chote Miyan, has appeared in many videos of The Screen Patti (TSP) and has also been part of the web-series Rabish Ki Report, TVF Bachelors, Baap Ki Adalat etc. As per a reliable source, “Arun will play a short yet sweet character in Chopsticks. The character will have all the elements needed to entertain viewers.”
Chetna Pande to star in ALTBalaji’s sports based thriller, NIS
ALTBalaji’s sports based thriller series, NIS, which will revolve around the National Sports Academy, will boast of a good mix of young and experienced faces. As per media reports, talented youngster Chetna Pande is joining the cast. As we know, the story will dwell on a Kabaddi team and the mystery around few of them in the team going missing. A reliable source shared, “Chetna will be part of the team. Chetna, who has done shows like MTV Webbed and the ongoing MTV Ace of Space, has earlier featured in ALTBalaji’s series,Home: It’s a Feeling.”
Sharib Hashmi roped in for Voot’s web-series, Asura
The line-up of entertaining programmes on Voot will certainly catch the eye of the masses. Asura, the psychological thriller produced by Tanveer Bookwala’s Ding Entertainment, has been in the headlines with its shoot process being on. As per media reports, talented actor Sharib Hashmi is part of Asura. Sharib who has been part of award-winning films Slumdog Millionaire, Filmistaan, Jab Tak Hai Jaan etc will play an integral role in the series. Here’s what Shehzad Deol’s parents are planning for his birthday!
As actor Shehzad Deol continues to impress us with his journey in the reality show Ace of Space, his parents are eagerly waiting for his return. The actor, who turned year older recently (29th November), has a lot of surprises waiting for him once he returns. “When he comes back, we will gift him clothes as he is very fond of clothes. We have bought a few jackets for him from London. He is very crazy about cars and he had asked me to change the car and we are planning to surprise him with a new car and some more things,” says his father Ravindra Singh Deol.
His father was nursing an injury when the actor left for the show and cannot wait for him to be back. “We are missing him a lot. When he went in the Ace of space house, I was totally on the bed as I unfortunately met with an accident and had multiple fractures. He was so worried about me but I told him to go. I told him that I will take care of myself and now I am totally fine. I cannot wait to meet him and spend time with him now,” he says.
Ravindra is loving him on the show and says that Shehzad is totally being himself. “I just want to say that he is doing really well and that he should continue the way he is playing. He is a very simple guy and believes in honesty and can't be fake at all. He is playing the game with total honesty and we are loving it. He should continue the same way. He is a true Sikh and has been taught to help others, respect women and elders and not to misbehave with anyone unless someone is provoking him unnecessarily. He follows that as we can even see in the show as well,” he says.
Meanwhile, Ravindra as well as Shehzad’s mom Sopphia really missed the actor on his birthday. His father says that birthdays mean a lot to Shehzad. “Shehzad used to get excited for his birthday as a child. He used to get very excited about celebrating his birthday at different places and used to demand so much before his birthday. He used to love throwing parties, inviting guests, celebrating his birthday at Mc Donald's and Pizza Hut, he used to enjoy all of that. Once he grew up, he would book a table at a night club for his friends,” he says.
