MUMBAI: There were rumours about Pyaar Ka Punchnama fame Kartik Aryan being a part of the next movie produced by Karan Johar. However, this is not true.
The reason behind Kartik losing the opportunity was the fact that he discussed this while talks were still on.
The actor revealed on Neha Dhupia’s show No Filter Neha that he declined the role, as he could not connect the character. Further, he added the film was fabulous, but there should be some connection to the character.
As per reports, the actor was not taken on board as his team sent reports that not only had been roped in for the film but also that he would star opposite Kareena Kapoor Khan.
