MUMBAI: Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas, who tied the knot on 1st and 2nd December at The Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur in the presence of their friends and family, hosted a wedding reception on 20th December for their friends and colleagues from Bollywood. The starry party was graced by Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif, Vidya Balan, Siddharth Roy Kapur, Anushka Sharma, Sara Ali Khan, and Kajol amongst others.
The four Bollywood stars who were missing from the occasion were Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Akshay Kumar, and Ajay Devgn. Wondering what made them miss Priyanka and Nick's Mumbai reception?
Well, according to media reports, SRK had hosted a special screening of his film Zero for his cast and crew with his wife Gauri Khan that very night. Aamir is in China for the promotion of his film, Thugs of Hindostan. Akshay’s son Aarav is here for his winter break, so he has been spending quality time with him. In addition, it is a known fact that Ajay gives all parties a miss; hence, only his wife Kajol attended the reception.
