MUMBAI: Ankush Bharadwaj, who was the first runner-up of Indian Idol 10, stunned the nation with his voice. However, he was suffering from an ailment that threatened his eyesight since he was six years old.
He had consulted a few doctors in Shimla, but they had failed to guide him. Even his mother wishs that she dies early so that her pledged eyes would be given to him, but obviously Ankush, doesn't want this. He was always confident that medical science would soon come up with a cure for his ailment. And it seems that his wish has come true.
A few days ago, he took to his Instagram account ans stated that he will be away from social media as he will be undergoing an eye surgery. His surgery was successful, and his pictures from the hospital have gone viral.
