It was Tellychakkar.com who broke the news of Neha Sargam being roped in to play grown-up Ishita’s (Jannat Z Rahmani) character after the eight to ten year leap in Shashi-Sumeet Mittal’s Haar Jeet on Imagine. And now, we bring you some more insights on the show’s progress post the jump in the storyline.
Now, grown up Mihika’s character will be played by Heena Parmar. For information, Shashi-Sumeet Mittal Productions signed Heena earlier to play the female lead in their other show Diya Aur Baati Hum on Star Plus, but later replaced her with Deepika Singh. But now, Heena is back on the floors with Haar Jeet.
Furthermore, Kashif Khan, who is known for his role in Rajshri’s Woh Rehne Waali Mehlon Ki, will be seen playing the male lead Saahil in the show.
Tellychakkar.com spoke to Sumeet Mittal and he went on to say, “Yes, the story of Ishita and Mihika will move forward after the leap. However, I can’t divulge any more,”
The promos showcasing the leap have been shot yesterday (2 January 2012) and will go on air soon.
