MUMBAI: Bhool Bhulaiyaa, starring Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan in lead roles, is a 2007 psychological thriller film directed by Priyadarshan. It garnered critical acclaim and was also a huge commercial success. Now, the makers are returning with its sequel. The upcoming film will see Kartik Aaryan playing the part of the lead protagonist.
Recently, the makers shared a series of posters and fans couldn’t keep calm over Kartik turning ghostbuster for the film. Now, during a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, director of the film, Anees Bazmee was quizzed about featuring Akshay Kumar in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and he said as of now, it’s too early for him to say anything but he didn’t rule out the possibility. Furthermore, Anees also said that Akshay and he share an amazing relationship as they have done a lot of films together like Welcome and Singh is King. Anees expressed that he’d be more than happy if Akshay is part of Bhool Bhulaiya 2.
