MUMBAI: TV actress Sonal Parihar, who has been a part of popular shows like Bade Achhe Lagte Hain, Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat, and Yeh Hai Mohabbatein has bagged Sony Entertainment Television’s mythological show Vighnaharta Ganesh.
According to our sources, Sonal will depict Bhandasur’s wife. The role of Bhandasur will be played by actor Aman Dhaliwal.
Vighnaharta Ganesha is produced by Contiloe Entertainment. The show unravels the stories of Lord Ganesha's many incarnations, the Dasa Mahavidyas, the Navadurgas, and the 19 incarnations of Lord Shiva. It is among Sony TV's top-rated shows, and viewers like watching it.

Contiloe is known for Adaalat (season 2), Sher-e-Punjab: Maharaja Ranjit Singh, Rudra Ke Rakshak BIG Magic, 21 Sarfarosh - Saragarhi 1897, Kaun Hai, Khoob Ladi Mardani Jhansi Ki Rani, and Kesari Nandan, among other shows.
