MUMBAI: The episode begins with Abir and Mishti arriving at the temple and looking for Meenakshi. Meenakshi orders Laxman to handle Mehul. Laxman and some men drag Mehul out of the temple forcefully. Abir prays to Lord Ganesh to help him find his father. He tells Mishti that Meenakshi has all the answers and she can help him unite with his father. Later, Parul goes to Meenakshi's office to reconcile with her. Meenakshi gives her one last chance to regain her trust as she had chosen her son Kunal at the day of the wedding over Abir. Parul tells her that she loves both of them equally. Mishti insists Rajshri to not call Yashpal today to talk about their alliance. She tells her about Abir's father and how Abir thinks that his mother has hidden facts about his father from him deliberately.
Abir asks Yashpal about his father. Yashpal tells him the same story Meenakshi has been telling Abir for years about his father being a fraud and running away with their money. Abir’s asks him to tell him the truth. Yashpal tells him that life isn’t a fairy tale that you can change if you don’t like the reality. Meanwhile, Kuhu talks to Ananya about problems in marriages. She asks her questions under the pretext of asking for another friend who is facing difficulties in her marriage. Ananya tells her that her friends husband might be having an affair if he suddenly stops being rude for no reason. After Ananya leaves, Kuhu worries if Kunal is having an affair. Later, Yashpal checks if Abir is Mary with him. Abir asks him if he’s fine with letting him look for his father. Yashpal respects his decision and tells him that he will not force him to not do so even though he has problems with it.
Abir gets a call from Mishti and she pretends to be buying a really expensive ring for herself because Abir and she will soon get married. Laxman arrives at the same shop looking for a rope and Mehul struggles in the van behind Mishti. But Mishti is engrossed in talking to Abir so she doesn’t notice anything. Kunal sees Abir talking to Mishti and hates her even more. Later, Meenakshi tells Yashpal to not worry anymore as she has sent Mehul out of Rajkot and threatened to get him arrested if he tries to meet her family. Yashpal tells her that Abir is adamant about finding his father. Abir arrives there and hears everything. Meanwhile, Kuhu decides to call Kunal and ask him where he is. As she gets up to leave the cafe, she hears someone call out for Kunal. She sees Kunal in the cafe and meeting a girl. She calls him and he lies to her that he’s in the office. The girl hands over divorce papers to Kunal but Kuhu arrives there and snatches the papers. Abir is disappointed as Yashpal lied to him. He tells him that he has broken his trust and calls him a liar. Meenakshi scolds him to talking impolitely. Abir tells her that it’s fine because he wouldn’t need to talk to anybody anymore and leaves.
