MUMBAI: Checkered outfits give a different feel all together when it comes to fashion. They make women look graceful even though they are not entirely perceived as feminine and at the same time make for good formal or casual wear as needed.
The checkerboard printed looks come in a sophisticated combination of colours and can be styled with matching plaid counterparts. There are a number of television celebrities who flaunt this trend and look pretty good in it.
While Ratan Raajputh chose to incorporate this style in ethnic wear, Mouni Roy chose to keep her style quotient amped up with a shift gown, and Hina Khan prefered the chessboard print.
