MUMBAI: Sara Ali Khan has garnered accolades for her work in films like Kedarnath and Simmba. She might be a couple of films old but she has already made a place for herself in the entertainment industry by showcasing her talent. She will be next seen reprising Karisma Kapoor’s role in Coolie No 1. She will be seen opposite Varun Dhawan, who will reprise Govinda’s role.
In a recent chat with NDTV Good Times, Sara was prodded about her experience of working with Varun and the Kedarnath actress was all praises for her co-actor. Sara mentioned that it was a dream for her to work with Varun and also stated that he is a completely crazy person on the sets. Sara also awestruck by the amount of energy Varun has on the sets and mentioned that she is always inspired by him. The Simmba star mentioned that working with David Dhawan and Varun is a great experience for her.
Sara said, “It is a dream. Varun Dhawan is a crazy person and it is such a blast working with him. He is such a riot of energy.. And specially like in songs, one will see him rehearse, you’ll already be scared because it’s Varun Dhawan and then, you see him in a take and I’m like ‘Oh My God! How am I going to match that level of energy.?’ But whether it is David sir or Varun, I mean it’s so encouraging to work with them. It’s really been, touchwood, a blast.”
