MUMBAI: Nia Sharma is one of the most popular television actresses. She is known for playing the roles of Anu in Kaali - Ek Agnipariksha, Manvi in Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai, and Roshni in Jamai Raja.
The actress recently attended a Diwali party, wherein her lehenga caught fire from a 'diya'. The actress, however, got saved as the flames were doused in no time. Nia took to social media and shared her story. She has also pointed out how a small diya can cause great damage to something. She shared image of the bottom of her lehenga which actually got burnt.
Nia, who will next be seen in the fourth installment of Ekta Kapoor's hit franchise, Naagin, wrote alongside, "The power of a diyaaaaa! caught fire in a second...i got saved by the layers in my outfit or may be some force that guards you and protects you..."
