Discovery Science is all set to air its latest offering, Sportstar Insider, which will reveal the techniques, secrets and advanced technologies responsible for providing top athletics their performance enhancing edge. The show will see former Aussie rugby league legend, Andrew 'ET' Ettingshausen, as its host.
Ettingshausen will explore new heights and depths in the world of extreme aquatic and aerial sports through the eyes of sporting legends, namely, All Blacks Captain - Richie McCaw, World Champion surfer Tom Carroll, champion free diver, Ant Williams and Portugal's Redbull challenge winner, Matt Hall, amongst others.
On the series, Rahul Johri, Senior Vice President & General Manager - South Asia, Discovery Networks Asia-Pacific, says, “Discovery Science offers path breaking programming that showcases cutting edge innovations and its impact on our everyday lives. Sportstar Insider will bring scientific discoveries from the world of sports and the back story on being a top athlete.”
The series will air every Saturday at 9.30 pm starting from tomorrow, 18 February 2012.
