Sahara One to go for a time slot change with Jhilmil…

Sahara One is certainly gaining eyeballs with its superb offering of new and interesting shows, be it SurKshetra, Haunted Nights and others. Now, in a change of programming strategy, the channel will soon undergo a time slot change. Rajshri Productions’ Jhilmil Sitaaron Ka Aangan Hoga – which is loosely based on the movie Ghar Jamai – is going on air from 27 February 2012 at the 9 pm slot, hence rest of the shows will be shifted to a different time slot. With Jhilmil… being aired at 9pm, Niyati (currently featuring in that slot) will be pushed to 9.30pm. So, Neem Neem Shahad Shahad, which is currently entertaining fans at 9.30pm, will be shifted to the 10pm slot. So what will happen to the 10pm repeat telecast of Kahani Chandrakanti Ki? Well, there will be no more repeat telecast of the show from 27 February. Timings of rest of the shows will remain intact. Suresh Mishra, Assistant Director (worker) Sahara One confirmed the time slot shift and said, "We have had a good rapport with Rajshri as we know them since the days of Woh Rehne Wali Mehlo Ki. Woh…ran for almost five years at the 9pm slot and did really well with the numbers. So, we hope that with Jhilmil…we will taste the same success." Hope the changes will help the channel to further rise up on the TRP chart!!!
