MUMBAI: Sony Entertainment Television recently launched a drama titled Mere Dad Ki Dulhan, which stars Varun Badola, Shweta Tiwati, and Anjali Tatrari. It is being very well received by the audience thanks to the unique storyline and talented performances by the actors.
The show revolves around a single father named Amber (Varun) and a daughter named Niya (Anjali). After realizing her father's loneliness, the daughter looks for a partner for him.
As we know, Niya is trying to convince her dad to get a tenant as he will be alone after she leaves for California. Amber strictly refuse to accommodate new 'kiraydaar'.
Hence, Niya gets upset and decides to stay at her friend’s place for one day. Meanwhile, Amber is alone and is engaged in fixing a broken tap. When Niya returns home, she gets shocked to see the flooded house. She apologizes, and Amber soon says ‘yes’ for tenants.
Since Guneet is also looking out for a house, Niya decides to have her as a tenant.
