MUMBAI: Kangana Ranaut has proved her mettle by showcasing her acting talent in varied noteworthy films. The award winning actress is now gearing up for her new projects. 

She has been the talk of the town since her look from Thalaivi was out. Kangana will be playing the role of political stalwart, J Jayalalithaa in Thalaivi. The actress has been working hard to get into the character. She had even taken hormone pills to gain weight for her character in the movie. The poster and introduction of Kangana as Jayalalithaa has been appreciated a lot by the audience. Her look has left everyone awestruck. Besides Thalaivi, Kangana will also be seen in Panga. 

Besides Kangana, Panga also stars singer Jassie Gill, actor Pankaj Tripathi, Neena Gupta and Richa Chadha. The actress has been prepping hard for her character in Panga. Kangana will be seen playing the role of a kabaddi player. Yesterday, Kangana had started a Q & A session with her fans on Instagram. During the interaction, the Judgementall Hai Kya actress was asked when will the trailer of Panga be out. To this after hesitating at first, Kangana said that the trailer will be out on 23rd December 2019. 

During the session, the actress also opened up about releasing her own biopic. She said that she has a lot left to do before she puts everything up and submits it to her fans. It is a long journey. Talking about Panga, its filming began on 21 November 2018 in Panaji and the first schedule was wrapped up on 7 December 2018 and the second schedule on 27 February 2019. Directed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari and produced by Fox Star Studios, the movie is all set to release on 24 January 2020.
