Nominated: The divas of hate

The credit for popularizing the antagonist goes to them. These members of the fairer sex celebrate hostility with grace. Spitting venom is what they get paid for. You guessed it right; we are talking about the vamps of the small screen. The countdown for the biggest awards of the television industry -The Sixth Indian Telly Awards has begun. It is a great feeling to be nominated for a character that you are playing for the first time. People would always tell me that I should not play the vamp, but today it is this character that has given me the recognition. My excitement is on an all-time high after the nomination. Winning or losing is not the matter of debate. The fact that I have been nominated is in itself a victory for me. It has been the biggest surprise of my life. I never thought that I will be a nominee for this prestigious award. My friends and family compliment me for the nomination, but I have not yet digested the fact. My dad is more excited than me and I am trying to calm him down. Well, the nomination does boost the morale especially when you have put in so much of hard work. It's a great feeling that my work is being appreciated and recognized. My family and friends have a lot of expectations from me. Surely, the excitement is high and the expectations huge. No matter who takes the award, they are all winners in their own right. But we would still like to wish them GOOD LUCK.
