Deepshikha signs contract with B.A.G

Deepshikha, the actress with a charming smile who was last seen in Baa Bahu Aur Baby as Eksha, has finally signed a new show. Now she’ll be seen in a family drama called Kalyaani of B.A.G Films on 9X. “Kalyaani is a tale based on a Gujarati family. I’ll be essaying an important character called Maya Mehta. It’s going to be a prime time daily and I’m very excited about it,” says Deepshikha. Talking about her character she says, “It’s a powerful character of a business women. Maya Metha is a rich lady with intelligence and a sharp mind. She is just a perfect woman who runs the business. The story revolves around me and the main lead. For the rest, you will have to wait for an official announcement on the show.” Beside this show, she has made her debut in Bhojpuri movies. “It is my first step in Bhojpuri films with Manoj Tiwari and Ravi Kisen. The film will be released by the end of January or beginning-February. It was a good experience and I would like to continue if I receive good offers,” she shares. Deepshikha’s Dhoom Dhadaka has also ready to hit the floors. With two films and one daily, the actor must be content. So viewers, get ready to watch her new avatar on a new channel.
