MUMBAI: The upcoming episode of Star Plus serial Sanjivani is up for high voltage drama. 

As per the current storyline, NV’s Bebe and cousin plan Happy Anniversary cake cutting in Sanjivani café. 

On the other side, Sid wants to meet Ishani and confess his love once again. He wants to propose to Ishani for marriage. 

Sid gets shocked to spot Ishani and NV together all set for cake cutting hand in hand. 

Ishani accuses Sid over her cheat and creates high voltage drama over the cake cutting. 

Sid spoils Ishani and NV’s cake and turns their happy anniversary into sad one. Ishani gets hurt and wants to perform Sid’s surgery to answer him.
