What about the new show on Zee Next? “The allotment of this new show is on the line of Sony’s CID and I’ll be essaying the role of an undercover cop. It’s going to be a bi-weekly. Both the shows will be on the primetime slot,” she adds further. Why were you on a break after ,Saathi re wound up? “I took a two months break after the show concluded. I was missing my family and decided to spend sometime with them. I celebrated Diwali in Delhi and it was great fun,” she explains. What about Saas-Bahu sagas? “I was offered that kind of a show but now I’m tired of crying and want to do something different. I feel saturated doing saas-bahu serials and I think I’ve taken the correct call at the right time. And as Parakh dons her uniform we salute her.
