MUMBAI: ZEE5 has some amazing content lined up for the audiences during the present lockdown period. The OTT platform has launched a short film festivals. About 9 short films were released on 15th April 2020, one of which was Half Full.
Versatile Bollywood actor Naseeruddin Shah, who has made a special place in the hearts of the audience with his acting skills, stars in it. He has garnered lot of love and appreciation from viewers. On the other hand, web series star Vikrant Massey, whom we have seen in Mirzapur and Criminal Justice, also features in the short film.
The movie starts with Abhay Khanna (Vikrant) being all set to commit suicide just 15 minutes before his 30th birthday. He has written a small suicide note to tell his friends and family about his reason for doing this. Suddenly, his doorbell rings and he meets a stranger who then changes his life forever.
Who is the guest, his connection with Abhay, and what happens next form the crux of the story. And trust us...the film will leave you speechless at the climax.
Both the actors have given decent performances in this movie. We wanted to see more of these versatile actors sharing screen space.
Writer and director Karan Rawal has shown us a different type and level of the thriller genre with this.
