Sometime back, Tellychakkar.com wrote about Swati Taldar replacing Deeya Chopra in Zee TV’s Mrs Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuein. Swati was to play the role of Ria. What did we mention “was”? Yes, things did not work out and Swati never came on board.
The makers (Rashmi Sharma Telefilms) held the entry for days and now finally they have found the face who will be seen as the new Ria in the serial. And the name is Preet Kaur.

“I was not at all keen to take up the show initially, even I had a word with Rashmi maam but then I gave a second thought and finally decided to give a nod,” confirmed Preet to Tellychakkar.com.
Preet will start shooting from Thursday (14 June 2012) onwards and her entry will telecast in the near future.
