MUMBAI: Another popular mythological show is set to return on TV screens to make our quarantine special!
In the midst of lockdown several iconic mythological shows like Ramayan, Mahabharat, Devon Ke Dev Mahadev, Shri Krishna, among others returned on varied channels to make TV viewing special.
Now, we hear that Sony TV's Shree Ganesh will be aired on Star Plus. The popular mythological show Shree Ganesh, had premiered back in November 2000.
According to our sources, the show will premier on 2 June and will air from Monday to Sunday at 6:30 pm.
The show gained immense popularity. It featured Jagesh Mukati, who played Lord Ganesha, Sunil Sharma as Lord Shiva and Gayatri Jayaraman as goddess Parvati. Surbhi Tiwari played the role of Shiva's wife Sati, Sunil Nagar played the role of Daksh Prajapati and Sandeep Mohan played the role of Vishnu.
The series was produced by Zuby Kochhar and directed by Dheeraj Kumar. It was incredibly popular among the TV audience and always ranked in the top 10 TV series in India.
