When Madhuri Dixit slapped Jay Bhanushali on Mithun Chakraborty's request

MUMBAI: Jay Bhanushali is one of the most popular faces of the small screen. While the actor has been a part of several TV shows and gained accolades for his stellar performance, Jay gained an equal amount of fame as a host as well.

Jay has hosted several reality shows and fans always go gaga over his excellent anchoring skills. The actor has hosted several seasons of Dance India Dance and also managed to entertain the viewers with his amazing hosting skills.

A few years ago, Bollywood's eternal beauty Madhuri Dixit had visited the sets of Dance India Dance 4. Jay who was hosting that season couldn't contain his excitement when he came to know about Madhuri’s appearance on the show. The actor decided to draw all the attention of Madhuri towards him. He showed her a clip from Prem Pratigya where Madhuri slaps Mithun Chakraborty.

Mithun who was the grandmaster of the show immediately requested Madhuri to recreate the same scene with Jay.

Jay happily agreed to get slapped by the actress and ran towards her. Mimicking a slap, Madhuri gently landed her hand on Jay’s cheek. Jay simply loved it and he immediately offered her his other cheek. Seeing Jay enjoying the slaps, mentors of the show Mudassar and Feroz too ran to get slapped by her.
