She has mentioned that green tea is a must have for her and she has a habit of having a lot of fizzy drinks so she is trying to avoid that and rather have variations of green tea like keeping it in the fridge or adding a dash of lemon and honey.

As it is advised to consume warmer products given the coronavirus, Sayantani mentioned that she adds cloves, organic cinnamon powder, tulsi and black pepper.

Along with that Sayantani also mentioned that nuts are a must have for her and among the many that she consumes, walnuts and almonds are a must have for her.
