Tellychakkar.com was the first to report that after the super duper success of Star Plus’ Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon, 4 Lions Films is all set to launch another show for Zee TV.
Having a Muslim backdrop, the makers are trying to rope in actors on who would do justice to the character with respect to looks and dialect.
Hence, to start with, the production house has zeroed on Tej Sapru to essay a central character in this yet to be titled show. Tej will be seen as the head of the family who will be very positive and strict in nature.
Confirming the buzz, Tej said, “Yes, it’s true that the makers have approached me for a very vital character but I haven’t received any confirmation yet from them.”
Tej Sapru, who was last seen in Imagine TV’s Chandragupta Maurya, would now return on the small screen with this series.
