American TV series, Scrubs, premieres on 16 July on Comedy Central

Comedy Central is all set to add another sitcom to their stellar line-up of existing shows. The English Entertainment Channel presents the epic American comedy series – Scrubs, premiering today, 16 July, 2012 at 11pm. The medical comedy-drama series follows the lives of employees at the fictional Sacred Heart teaching hospital. It focuses on the unique point of view of its protagonist, Dr. John "J.D." Dorian played by the cute and funny Zach Braff. After leaving for a job at another hospital, J.D. returns to Sacred Heart to teach at its medical school alongside Chris Turk, Perry Cox, Denise and Bob Kelso. Together they serve as professors to a brand new class of med students. The series features slapstick and surreal vignettes presented as day dreams of the central character, JD. So get ready as the humour dose is going to be extra strong this season.
