MUMBAI: The Sushant Singh Rajput case took the biggest turn when the actor’s father lodged an FIR against Rhea, accusing her of abetment to suicide and breach of trust.
Right now, the hearing of the case is underway, and there are massive allegations from both sides.
As per media reports, Vikas Singh, Sushant's family's lawyer, said that they suspected that the Mumbai Police were involved in the destruction of evidence. They also opposed Rhea Chakraborty’s plea for a protective order in her favour.
Further, Vikas Singh said that there can't be any further delay as evidence is already being tampered with. Further, the lawyer also informed the Court that an IPS officer from Bihar who had gone to investigate the case had been quarantined in Mumbai.

Well, the good part is that the centre is backing a CBI probe. The CBI has also accepted Bihar’s request for a probe.
