MUMBAI: The Sushant Singh Rajput case had taken a big twist when the late actor’s father had filed an FIR against Rhea and accused her of abetment of suicide.
Earlier on July 29, Rhea's lawyer Satish Maneshinde had confirmed that his client has filed a plea in the top court seeking transfer of investigation in the death case to Mumbai from Patna.
Now The Supreme Court on Saturday finally agreed to hear Bollywood actor Rhea Chakraborty's plea seeking transfer of an FIR in Sushant Singh Rajput's death case from Patna to Mumbai. The hearing has been scheduled on August 11, Tuesday.

Yesterday, Rhea Chakraborty was grilled by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) at its Mumbai office in connection with a money laundering case linked to Sushant's death.
According to reports, the investigative agency also questioned Rhea's brother Showik Chakraborty and Shruti Modi.
Meanwhile, the CBI has taken over the case and as filed an FIR against Rhea, Shruti Modi and Samuel Miranda.
