#JusticeForSushant: Bihar counsel questions Mumbai cops on how 56 statements were recorded without FIR

MUMBAI: Finally, the hearing in the Supreme Court has begun. The court is hearing the plea of Rhea in the transfer of the SSR case to Mumbai police.

Rhea's counsel's hearing is complete, and now, the counsel for Bihar is presenting their case.

They have said that the Mumbai cops have not investigated the case properly and asked how 56 statements were recorded without an FIR.

The have also mentioned that the Mumbai cops didn’t cooperate with them, and they had a tough time. The only FIR registered in the case is that of the Bihar police.

They have also said that the Mumbai police is under some political pressure, and that’s why there are loopholes in the case and they claim that they have jurisdiction.

Questions on the Mumbai cops have been asked since the demise of the actor. Even the crime scene wasn’t sealed.

Now, in the court, the Bihar counsel has called out the Mumbai cops for their inefficient investigation.
