Nivedita is apparently producing a web-series under her independent banner ‘House of Originals’. It is speculated that the project will be launched on Hotstar.

We’ve also learned that the team is in talks with popular Bollywood actor Kay Kay Menon to play the lead role in the web-series. However, things don’t seem to be quite concrete.

We couldn’t connect with Nivedita or Kay Kay Menon for a comment.

In the Content Hub event hosted by Indian Television Dot Com, Basu had expressed that she will be producing content for OTT platforms. She had said, “Right now, television is not the only thing for writers and creative people. Thanks to digital and OTT as people are making what they want to make. Going ahead, I will be producing content for OTT platforms."
