MUMBAI: Since day one in the SSR death case, Cooper Hospital and its doctors are being questioned owing to the lapses in the autopsy report of the actor.
As per Republic TV, the CBI hasn’t given a clean chit to Cooper Hospital. There are various lapses in the investigation of Mumbai Police. The crime scene also looked like it had been tampered with.
SSR's urine sample also wasn’t collected by Mumbai Police, but in their defence, they said that the forensic department didn’t want a urine sample.
The AIIMS didn’t find any poisonous substances in his viscera reports. But they questioned the doctors and the hospital as to why the procedure wasn’t followed.
The drug test wasn’t conducted and we wouldn't know whether SSR had consumed or been given drugs.
AIMMS is apprehensive about no struggle being found and believes that the forensic report submitted by Cooper is not correct.
But AIIMS hasn’t ruled out homicide and are investigating both the angles.
Now, with the top four agencies investigating the case, justice should be served soon.
