Sushant Singh Rajput death probe: AIIMS releases a statement, dismisses Dr Sudhir Gupta’s tapes and passes the buck onto the CBI

AIIMS releases a statement says that any legal matter pertaining to the case should be asked to the CBI

MUMBAI: The entire nation was shocked when the AIIMS department had come out with the post- mortem reports where they ruled out any possibility of murder and declared the case to be of suicide.

But the family and Netizens since day one are claiming this to be a murder and not a suicide and that a fair investigation should be done for the truth to be out.

People across the globe have questioned the AIIMS as to how they have come to this conclusion on the basics of the shady post – mortem done by the Cooper Hospital.

Owing to the AIIMS the report, the CBI had released a statement stating that the HOMICIDE angle hasn’t been ruled out and every aspect of the case is being investigated.

As per Republic tv,  the AIIMS has released a statement and has disowned the tapes of Dr Sudhir Gupta where he had claimed that this was a clear case of murder but the AIIMS didn’t have any justification to offer for the U-turn but passed the buck to the CBI team.

They stated that if any information is required about the post – mortem it should be asked to the CBI as they have already submitted the final medical report to the CBI after studying all the aspects in the case.

Well, now the family and fans have a hope through the CBI that they would do justice to the case and the main culprits will be punished.
