MUMBAI: Almost a month ago, Rhea was arrested by the NCB under the NDPS act for procuring and consuming drugs. She had applied for bail in the sessions court, which was rejected.
Then, her team applied in the High Court, and today, finally she was granted bail and will be walking out of jail. On the other hand, even SSR’s staff members Samuel Miranda and Dipesh Sawant have been granted bail.
The court has given bail to Rhea, but here are the four conditions that the actress will have to follow.
1. Rhea will have to fulfil the bond of Rs. one lakh.
2. She will have to submit her passport to the court.
3. Rhea is not allowed to leave the country or city without police permission.
4. She will have to show attendance at the police station for the next ten days.
This move by the high court is a win for team Rhea, and her lawyer has said that truth and justice have prevailed.
He also said that her interrogation by the agencies should stop. It should happen only if proper evidence is found.
Well, until now, there has been no response from the family and their lawyer to this development.
This is a big blow to SSR supporters, and recently, the AIIMS report also said it was a clear side of suicide.
There seems to be a big conspiracy in this case, and all eyes are now on the CBI.
