Tellychakkar.com spends an evening on the sets of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa

Participants and choreographers are putting up some awesome performances. But you guys have no idea how much hard work these participants put in to bring out their best each week. Now, all these super dancers practice their hearts out on the sets. Tellychakkar.com was there with the contestants and caught up with them when they were mastering their moves. Here’s an exclusive sneak peek into the sets of Jhalak. We entered the location at 7:30 pm where we saw adorable Bharti Singh sitting on her choreographer Savio Barnes’ tummy (funny). A lot of production people were surrounding them. We did not know what the matter was untill a few people helped Bharti remove her B-boying jacket which she was wearing for the act. The jacket seemed a little over sized and the creatives were seen discussing on it. Soon after it the rocking duo Bharti-Savio started performing on the title song of Singh Is King. But Bharti did not seem to be at her best. Soon after her act she stormed out of the stage and refused to give bytes. The next thing we got to see was a cloth rope hanging on the stage and production men decorating it. We were sure it was an aerial act hence we were expecting Salman Yusuff Khan and Isha Sharvani on the stage but then it was overwhelming to see Rithvik Dhanjani and his very cute looking chorographer Sneha. Sneha and Rithvik both checked out the rope just to see if they’d manage to perform on it. This is when we saw a third person instructing them. This third person was none other than the winner of fourth season of Jhalak Marisha. Marisha was seen as Meiyang Chang’s choreographer in the fourth season. Furthermore, Sneha seemed to have an issue with her costume as she was slipping from the rope hence she got rid of the shiny stocking. However, once she got saved by a whisker from dashing on to light placed on the stage. When the creatives came to her rescue the choreographer showed her displeasure towards the slippery skirt as well. Hence she was later seen performing the act only in her shorts. Soon after this act both of them ran to their dressing room to change and get back on stage for their next performance. Which, they managed to get through after two rehearsals. After the technical Rithvik, Sneha and Marisha were seen talking outside the studio. This was also when Gurmeet Choudhary’s choreographer Shampa walked in. Shampa sat outside the studio talking to some of the production people. While Gurmeet entered and ran straight to his make-up room. Both of then entered the stage and performed on Rabba Mein Toh from Mausam portraying a sweet love story. Shampa’s costume too seemed to be giving her trouble but she managed to complete the act. Soon after them the youngest contestants on Jhalak Darsheel Safary and Avneet Kaur performed on Meri Ma from Taare Zameen Par. They performed the act without much difficulty and Avneet played Darsheel’s mother in the act in spite of being five years younger to him. This was when Salman entered the sets and rushed to his make-up room. When we entered his make-up room he was seen rehearsing on the song with Isha. The duo definitely puts in a lot of hard work. On the other hand Darsheel and Aveent got into a small fight in their make-up room. This was a usual scene according to their choreographer Jay Kumar Nair. Bharti was busy giving final touch to her white dress in Gurmeet’s room which seemed a little over packed with a lot of people around. This was for her second act of the day. The lady was in pain after her first performance but then she couldn’t help but crack a joke as she said, “We look like rich people going for someone’s funeral in white,” and everybody burst out laughing.
