Life OK is churning out new concepts in the second half of the year 2012, of which the most talked-about fiction show is Rakshak, produced by Shakuntalam Telefilms. This will be a thriller and a bi-weekly which is slated to start from end of October 2012.
As the title states, Rakshak is the guy who reaches the places where the evil forces prevail and fights his own battle to destroy evil. The story will revolve around this family where the father plays the Rakshak. His son will be a police officer who stands against him in his activities.

Rajesh Shringarpure will play the central character of the Rakshak. He will have a wife and son, the cast for which has not been decided. The show will deal with various cases and will be episodics.
When contacted, Rajesh Shringarpure refused to comment.
