MUMBAI: Actor Sanjay Batra, who has been seen in a host of television shows such as Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai, Madam Sir, Gathbandhan, Piya Rangrezz among a plethora of other projects is in legal trouble as his wife has lodged a complaint against him with serious allegations.
Sanjay’s wife has accused him of having unnatural sex and assaulting her.
Media reports shout that the actor had married her at the Arya Samaj temple in Raipur and they later shifted to Mumbai where he used to beat her up and torture her physical and mentally.
Subsequently, Sanjay has claimed that his wife is a blackmailer and he is being framed with the intention of grabbing his property and money. He claimed that it is only when he stopped giving her the amount of money she demanded that she is threatening him and making false allegations.
The actor has been booked under sections 294, 323, 506 and 377.
