Vrushika has several hit shows to her credit, such as Yeh Teri Galiyaan, Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya, DIl Dosti Dance, Yeh Hai Aashiqui, Aasman Se Aage, Satrangi Sasural, and Ishqbaaz.

The actress was last seen as Dr Riddhima Saxena in Star Plus' popular and long-running show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Vrushika played a played special cameo on the show, and her appearance was high lauded.
