Maan Rahe Tera Pitah gets a time slot

Promos of Maan Rahe Tera Pitah have been on air mentioning the show starting on the same day, April 26, as Sony’s popular reality show Indian Idol. Confusion about a time slot of both shows is still on. “We have been hearing that our show Maan Rahe will get the 8.30 to 9 pm slot, however the channel has not given us any confirmation on that. There are possibilities that Indian Idol will air after Maan,” a source from the show says. We tried contacting Siddharth Tewary of Swastik Pictures but he refused to comment. On the other hand, our source from Indian Idol, says, “The channel is only planning to air auditions every day after which the show will get its original weekend time slot. The auditions will probably be on air at 9 pm everyday for some time.” Meanwhile the unit of Maan Rahe has finished their first schedule in Shingroli (Madhya Pradesh) and is back in Mumbai. Currently, they are shooting in Naigaon. Casting is on for two male leads. However, the channel is in the process of revamping their prime time slot and news is that it is pulling down three of its fiction shows -- Jeet Jayenge Hum, Pyaar Ka Bandhan and Sukh By Chance. Jeet has already finished shooting for the last episode which is expected to air by this month end, so there is a strong possibility of Maan replacing it at 8.30 pm.
