Aasiya Kazi, who is currently seen as Shweta in Zee TV’s Hitler Didi, has got married four times on Indian television. However, she has no plans of getting married in real life. Yes, this cute and adorable actress, has been wife to four TV actors so far namely Ronit Roy (Bandini), Manoj Chandila (Maati Ki Banno), Harshad Chopda (Dharampatni) and Sumit Vats (Hitler Didi). The actress has been lucky to have not only worked with different actors but to also have played different roles on TV, as she tells us, “Though I have played a wife in all my shows, they have all been very different from the previous ones. In Bandini, I was married to a man much elder to me, in Maati Ki Banno, I was a very possessive wife, in Dharampatni, I was an ideal wife, while in my current show, I play a mother and an insecured wife.” What about plans of getting married in real life, we ask her. “I do not know what the word ‘marriage’ means. Secondly, I think it’s too early to think about such things. I am not looking out for a relationship right now. My priority, at this moment, is my family and work.” We agree with her point of view. In spite, we ask her if she’d like to marry someone who has some similarities to her on-screen husbands, to which she laughs and replies, “I think Ronit Roy’s character was that of an ideal husband, so would want a bit of that. Manoj was very mischievous off-screen; want a bit of that too. In fact, I used to always feel that I am the most mischievous person around, till I met him. Harshad is all the time thinking and though I could never understand what he used to think about, I would like a bit of that quality too. Sumit is fun to work with, so yes, want this particular quality of someone who is fun to be around.” Furthermore, she goes on to add, “I would prefer to get married to a person who can handle me for it’s very difficult for people to handle me. So, the person who can manage to do that, I’d take him as a husband.” We hope all the boys out there are reading this!!!
