MUMBAI: Model-turned-actor Karan Singh Grover has been a constant head-turner ever since his very first small-screen debut.
With them perfect abs, biceps and a chiselled body, Karan has always been an 'all-time women's favourite' telly actor. From being a chocolate boy to a ladies' man, Karan has made it through a long way indeed!

1. Karan was born to a Punjabi Sikh family on 23 February 1982. Though he was born in New Delhi (India), his family moved to Al Khobar (Saudi Arabia) when he was young.
2. He did his schooling in Dammam (Saudi Arabia). Later, he moved to Mumbai and pursued a degree in Hotel Management from IHM Mumbai. He headed back to Oman and worked there as a 'Marketing Executive' in the Sheraton Oman. In his college days, the actor used to be the lead singer of his music band that was called 'Thousand Decibels'.
3. In 2004, Grover debuted into the showbiz industry through his modelling career and had participated in the Gladrags Manhunt Contest, wherein he won the award for the 'Most Popular Model'. In the same year, he debuted on the small screen by participating in Balaji Telefilms' youth show Kitni Mast Hai Zindagi, which aired on MTV India. Grover was also spotted in many advertisements.
4. In 2007, Grover got his breakthrough role of 'Dr. Armaan Malik' as he starred in the medical youth-show Dill Mill Gayye. 5. Grover married actress Shraddha Nigam on 2nd December 2008 and they split after 10 months. Grover's second marriage was with his DMG and Kasautii Zindagii Kay co-star and actress Jennifer Winget in 2012, despite the actor's mother' disapproval. 6. In October 2012, Grover debuted in his first mainstream Hindi soap opera with Zee TV's Qubool Hai. In no time, the show gained massive popularity and became the 2nd hit show of Indian Television. However, for the unversed, none of their families had initially approved of their wedding.
