Jyoti Makker and Aleeza Khan bond on the sets of Life OK's Savdhan India

As reported by a section of the media, Jyoti Makker and Aleeza Khan, of Betiyaan fame, will be seen in an episodic of Life OK’s Savdhan India @ 11. Before we proceed, a bit of clarification. Both these actresses have been a part of the show with a similar name airing on different channels. While Jyoti was a part of Star One’s Betiyaan Apni Yaa Paraaya Dhan, Aleeza featured in Zee TV’s Ghar Ki Lakshmi Betiyaan. And even if these ladies have worked on shows with a similar name, they never had the opportunity to come face-to-face or work together. However, it was on the sets of Savdhan that they got to connect. In this particular story, their characters are married to the same man. And while shooting for it, they realised that they have a lot more in common than just the show with a similar name and of course the same husband in this particular show. When Tellychakkar.com contacted Jyoti, she said, “It’s a different experience working in an episodic; it helps you connect with your character. Moreover, I had a lovely experience working with Aleeza. We bonded very well on the sets though we did not shoot for too many days together. Though we work with other artistes for days together in a daily soap, we fail to share that special bond with them. But here, it was very much alive.” Aleeza seconded what Jyoti had to say when she observed, “Yes, it was a lovely experience working on the show. And as far as my bonding with Jyoti is concerned, it was something special. I have very few friends in the industry, I can proudly say that Jyoti is one amongst them. I’d love to work with her on a daily soap very soon so that I get to spend more time with her.” Their husband will be played by Kamal Chaturvedi. Incidentally, Kamal has also done a few episodics of Crime Patrol. The episodic will air either on 26 or 27 November 2012.
