Rahul Dravid has won cricket lovers’ hearts with his incredible cricketing skills. The former cricketer is also known as Mr Dependable for his immense capability to score in the most hostile situations.
The handsome sports icon started playing cricket at the meager age of 12 and the rest is history.

Well, did you know that as a youngster also Rahul Dravid was serious about his sport? He was so serious about cricket that he cried when he once lost his wicket as a 13-year-old. Talking about that incident, Rahul Dravid had told Verve, “It was most embarrassing, I was just 13 and I cried all the way back to the dressing room.”

In other news, Prithvi Shaw remembered his experience of being coached by Rahul Dravid during U-19 World Cup and revealed that the team was a little scared of him. “With Rahul sir you have to be disciplined. We were a little scared of him. Off the field, he was quite friendly with us, used to join us for dinner. Sitting with a legend like him was a dream come true. Every youngster dreams of that,” he told Cricbuzz. The two played a key role in bringing home the ICC U-19 World Cup 2018 trophy. While Rahul Dravid was the head coach of the team, Prithvi Shaw was the captain.
